How It All Started
Since 2004, Dino San Buenaventura (Owner/Registered Civil Engineer) has worked as a dedicated project manager and senior project engineer on various single-family residential, housing tract, commercial, and public improvement projects. Founded in 2017, DSB Engineering provides plan production from start to finish for projects located throughout California with services including: entitlement, due diligence, parcel and tract maps, plot plans, restoration plans, rough and precise grading plans, sewer/water/storm drain and recycled water improvement plans, erosion control plans, stormwater pollution prevention plans (SWPPP), drainage reports, and water quality technical reports.
With extensive experience in computer-aided design drafting using AutoCAD and Autodesk® Civil 3D, DSB Engineering has the needed capabilities to fulfill client expectations and provide site-specific data and visual representations including:
